About Me
I see each pregnancy as a special journey. After birth and postpartum of my second daughter I understood the need to built a birth plan and a good support system. My name is Ana Enriquez, I've been a BEST Certified Birth and Postpartum Doula based in the DFW area since 2019. I help women embark on their birthing journey gently through breathing exercises, relaxation techniques and aromatherapy, as well as physical positioning and emotional support.
